  • 1. How will I find my driver when I arrive at Faro airport?Open or Close

    When you arrive at the airport, make your way into the arrivals area, turn left and below the escalator you will see representatives from all the transfer companies.
    We will be there waiting for you with a sign with your name displayed on it In the unlikely event that you cannot find us, we advise you to order for you to speak with us and to avoid illegal taxi drivers, contact us immediately on the number printed on your booking confirmation.

  • 2. How do I pay for the service?Open or Close

    All payments are made directly to the driver, in euros and in cash when you arrive.

  • 3. What if my flight is delayed?Open or Close

    Do not worry, we have a computerized system which is connected to Faro airport network and we check and confirm all flight details based on the information you have provided to us at the time of booking.
    If your flight is delayed, we will wait for you and no extra fees!!!

  • 4. What if I am delayed when I arrive?Open or Close

    We will generally wait for 1-hour after the arrival time of your flight for you to make your way into the arrivals hall. If you have a problem with your luggage, please inform us about that and we will be happy to wait longer.
    Send one of your party into the arrivals hall to let us know what is happening, if you are travelling alone, contact us on the telephone number provided and we will wait for you.

  • 5. I’m travelling to a private property, not a hotel, is that a problem?Open or Close

    Please provide us with the address as accurately as you possibly can, if it is a private villa and you have never been there before, the booking agent will usually provide you with driving directions, take them with you.
    We will do our best to take you to even the most obscure locations.

  • 6. Can you provide baby/child seats?Open or Close

    Please ensure you tell us at the time of booking how many children are travelling in your party and their ages and in accordance with Portuguese Law we will always provide the correct baby/child seats for you.

  • 7. How much luggage can I take?Open or Close

    If there are two people travelling then we should have no problem accommodating your lugguage .
    If there are eight people then the minibus will be at full capacity and you will be a little bit more limited, therefore if this is the case we suggest a ratio of one case per traveler.
    If you are carrying golf clubs, sports equipment or anything out of the ordinary, let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • 8. What if I need to change /cancel my reservation?Open or Close

    You can contact us by email or phone anytime to let us know of any changes.
    Cancellation without 48h prior the pickup time will be not accepted and the full amount will be charged.

  • 9. Can I speak directly to somebody from ATT4U anytime?Open or Close

    You are always welcome to contact us directly by email or phone with any questions, queries, and changes to your bookings… no question is too small.
    If it’s important to you, then it’s important to us also.

  • 10. I own a villa and usually i rent to customers and i have always problems with the keys ...Open or Close

    We can help you if you trust in us! For example, if you book airport transfer with us, we can arrange with you and keep your villa keys and give to your costumers when we drop then in the villa.
